Responsibilities

  1. Conducting Inductions : This involves welcoming new employees to the organization and providing them with necessary information training and resources to integrate them into the company culture and their roles effectively.
  2. Closely working with Directors : This suggests that the person in this role would need to collaborate closely with highlevel executives providing support facilitating communication and possibly assisting in decisionmaking processes.
  3. Good command on works : This might refer to having a strong understanding and competency in the tasks and responsibilities associated with the role such as administrative duties project management or other specific job functions.
  4. Excellent in drafting mails : Communication is key in any workplace. Having the ability to compose clear professional and effective emails is crucial for maintaining good internal and external relationships and ensuring that information is conveyed accurately.
  5. Event Planning : This involves organizing various events such as teambuilding activities corporate meetings conferences or social gatherings. This responsibility may include coordinating logistics managing budgets and ensuring the smooth execution of events.
  6. Employee Engagement : Fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that employees feel valued and motivated is essential for productivity and retention. This responsibility may involve developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction morale and overall engagement.
  7. Working on Fun or Festival or events activities in Office : This could involve organizing activities or celebrations within the office to boost morale celebrate achievements or mark special occasions such as holidays or team milestones.
  8. Should be presentable : As a representative of the organization maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor is important. Being presentable contributes to creating a positive impression both internally with colleagues and externally with clients or visitors.

Working days Mon to Fri (9.30am to 6.30pm)
