Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Payroll position at Nikkou Logistics Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to HR management, including implementing and maintaining HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Experience in HR management and implementing HR policies
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with employee benefits administration
• Proven work experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
• Proficiency in personnel management and payroll processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Relevant certification or degree in Human Resources or related field
• Salary Range: 2LPA - 3LPA
