Information Technology Support Specialist

Description:

We are looking for a technically skilled IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in networking, server management, and continuous deployment and monitoring (CDM) systems. This role is crucial in ensuring the high availability and optimal performance of our smart locker systems across various locations.

Location: Dahisar

Salary: 25k to 40k per month

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain networking equipment, including routers, switches, and WiFi systems, to ensure stable and secure connections for product/service operations.
• Manage and troubleshoot servers, ensuring efficient data handling and storage.
• Implement and oversee continuous deployment and monitoring systems to facilitate real-time updates and proactive maintenance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams regarding network configurations, server management, and system updates.
• Monitor system performance, anticipate potential issues, and apply preventative measures to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with software developers and engineers to integrate network management tools and optimize functionalities.
• Document all technical procedures and user guides for system management and emergency protocols.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and security regulations pertaining to data security and network infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support, networking, server management, and continuous monitoring systems.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and server architectures.
• Experience with network administration and server environments, preferably in a tech-driven logistics or IoT environment.
• Familiarity with continuous deployment tools and monitoring software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear instructions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) or server management are highly desirable.
