Coordinate and process customer orders with precision and efficiency. Maintain uptodate records of orders deliveries and inventory. Liaise with the sales and design teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions. Manage orderrelated documentation and ensure compliance with company policies. Collaborate with logistics to track shipments and ensure timely deliveries. Generate regular reports on order status for management review. Assist in managing back office operations and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role preferably within the jewelry or luxury goods industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word Excel Outlook) and inventory management software. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
