Job Description

LOCATION: Gurgaon JOB PROFILE:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some understanding in data analysis, reporting and business intelligence tools. The primary responsibility of this role is to gather, analyze and interpret data to generate regular reports that provide insights into key business metrics and performance indicators.Role & Responsibilities at job:• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data from various sources including databases, spreadsheets and software systems.• Develop and maintain automated reporting to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports on timely basis.• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and requirements and tailor reports accordingly.• Provide recommendation for process improvements and optimization based on data analysis and insights.Required Experience:• 2-4 years of experience in known data analytics• Experience in Pharma commercial will be preferred.• Expertise in Advanced Excel and MS Access• Good to have PBI knowledge• Should have knowledge of financial data and terminology.• Quality conscious and focus on process rigor.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision, pick up new solutions quickly & ability to work under pressure• Be able to demonstrate soft skills (behavioral)• Team Building• Motivation
