Job Description - Logistic Executive

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistic Executive - Data Entry will be responsible for generating logistics documents (Invoice/DC/Eway bill) for our systems in the country.
You are also responsible for the good management of the SAP entries & data.

You'll be in charge of:

Managing logistics and inventory by coordinating with the global and local teams as well as external partners.
Overseeing the preparation of Invoice, DC and Eway bills.
Maintaining and ensuring the maintenance of client records related to invoicing/DC/E way bills.
Distributing weekly reports of invoicing and billing metrics.
Generating on time and accurate invoices and order data records.

More about YOU:

You hold any Degree or Diploma. Example: B Com, M Com.
You have a demonstrated experience of 2-3 years of working experience in Invoice making.
You are good at team coordination.
You have good computer skills and have worked on SAP.
If you have experience in using an operational database, its a plus.
