Logistics Associate

Duties and responsibilities:

• Liaison between warehouse and courier/delivery partners so as to ensure timely and smooth delivery to customers
• Work on the delivery tracker software
• Prepare delivery and dispatch related reports
• Handle customer queries / issues / concerns / feedback / grievances regarding dispatch status
• Pay utmost attention to details
• Provide quick, prompt, and correct responses
• Communicate with a premium customer base in an efficient manner
• Regular follow-up & updates to concerned

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and negotiation skills
• Should have good work ethics and calm attitude
• Should be able to manage escalations and queries
• Excellent MS-Excel working skills (Basic)
