About GlowRoad: GlowRoad is a social commerce marketplace that allows suppliers to sell their products to end customers via resellers in over 20,000 pin codes across 2,000 locations. Resellers, who are often housewives, temporary workers, or students, help the company target Tier II and III markets. GlowRoad was acquired by Amazon in April 2022. We target to grow with focus on long-term sustainability in the next few years. This is a unique opportunity to build for Bharat and be part of the rocketship. About the Role: This role will be part of the category team. While top suppliers (Gold and Silver) are assigned key account managers, there are hundreds of suppliers in the system who have potential to grow but are not yet in Gold/Silver tier. We will be setting up a team - SET (Supplier Engagement Team) who will work with these suppliers to help them grow their business. We are looking for a candidate to lead this team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales with focus on driving operational rigor, possess exceptional data analytical skills and communications skills and have consistent track record delivering results. He/she should be able to think strategically and analytically about the business and market opportunities and challenges. He/she should have the ability to work cross-organizationally to drive consensus and results. He/she will have a keen sense of ownership, drive, and desire to win! Key job responsibilities The key responsibilities will include: Reconciliation: • Conduct comprehensive financial reconciliation to ensure accuracy in transactions. • Identify and rectify discrepancies promptly to maintain financial integrity. Monthly Billing: • Manage and resolve monthly billing disputes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. • Analyze root causes and recommend preventive measures. Daily Operations Report: • Generate and analyze daily operational reports, providing insights to enhance efficiency. • Communicate key operational metrics to relevant teams. COD Management: • Oversee and resolve Cash on Delivery (COD) disputes, working closely with cross-functional teams. • Implement strategies to minimize COD-related challenges. Weekly Logistics Analysis: • Conduct weekly analysis of logistics operations, ensuring smooth 3PL logistics coordination. • Identify opportunities for optimization and cost-effectiveness. 3PL Logistics Handling: • Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure seamless operations. • Monitor and evaluate 3PL performance, addressing issues promptly.
