This is a full-time on-site role as a Logistics Supervisor at PGP Glass Pvt. Ltd. in Surat. The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in logistics, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient customer service. The role requires strong supervisory skills, effective communication, and a focus on operations management. Qualifications

Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
Operations Management: Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service
Inventory Management: Experience in managing inventory
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving: Ability to identify and solve logistical issues
Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of glass packaging industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
