Key Responsibilities:

1.Ensure warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction the primary goal by

supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and

managing operational goals.

2.Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics

3.Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations

4.Liaise with Customs Brokers, 3PL warehouses and Freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of

goods and drive for status reports and consistency

5.Familiar with Import and Export formalities (HS Codes, type approvals, import restrictions,

requirements, certification and exemptions)

6.To update Sales on the order status and provide updates on a timely basis and to ensure the accuracy of system transactions

7.To coordinate with Sales team, buyers, 3PL warehouse to process RA (goods return from customers) and RTV (goods return to vendors) promptly and accurately when necessary and upon approval

8.To root cause customer complaints and record in Customer Service Database

9.To Drive Service providers (forwarder/3PL/Transporter/Broker) for timely and accurate (in accordance with contract) billings

Skills and Experience:

1.Minimum 8-10 years working experience in the field of Supply-Chain, Logistics

2.Any Graduate with a degree in Supply Chain Management, logistic Management or equivalent will be preferred

3.Knowledge in Import & Export laws and regulations
