Officer / Executive / Assistant Manager

• 1. (Engineering Profile)

  Role Purpose  : To Ensure timely, cost effective and efficient procurement of Engineering Items in all category.

  To Plan, Monitor and control of continuous improvement in terms of procurement lead time and cost, vendor performance, Quality of material received, Timely delivery for smooth operation of the plant.

  - Identifying the cost improvement areas based on spend analysis of past procurement and current year business plan and ensure implementation of the same

  - Achieving purchase rate reduction by negotiations, developing alternate vendor etc.

  - Bringing cost improvements through value engineering, By reducing consumption, alternate material, cross functional initiative etc.

  -  Item Commodity : -

  - All kind of engineering items like Pump, Valves, Gear Box, Crane etc.. Also responsible for Lubricants + Pulleys + Conveyor Belts, Bearings (with VMI) + Cement ordering, Hardware + Tools & Tackles + Stationary Items, Rest all consumables & miscellaneous Items

  - Knowledge of ARC/ AMC/ VMI of consumable items.

  - SAP R6 MM Module , E- Sourcing & Reverse / Forward Auction (SAP-Power User)

  - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

   

  1. (Raw material/ Engineering Profile)

  - Experience in procurement of Raw Material -Coal, Sulphur , Packing Material , Domestic Chemicals, RO Chemicals , Caustic, Hypo Chloride etc.

  - Experience in Logistic Management / Transportation Management

  -Raw material planning & Execution

  -Good Communication skill with Internal Customer/vendor /Transporter

  -MIS preparation in Purchase – Market Analysis, Cost saving Initiative etc
