Job Description: Operations Manager

Location: Bengaluru, Kochi, and Calicut

Qualifications: Degree (Mandatory)

Experience :Minimum 1 year of experience in Team Management

Salary Range: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month

Shift: Day shift (6 days work)

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of BPO services, ensuring efficient service delivery.

2. Manage a team, analyze business processes, and optimize operations to enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Collaborate with different departments to streamline operations and improve service quality.

4. Screen and recruit production staff, plan training programs, manage employee issues, and conduct employee reviews.

Requirements

1. Experience in handle 30 Nos of delivery boys

2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

3. Experience in operations management

4. Knowledge of Path Lab logistics and supply chain management

5. Proficiency in Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, English, and Hindi

6. Strong organizational and time management skills
