Job Description - Executive Assistant

Personal Secretary for Family

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Virtual Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive support to a senior Business Leader and their family. This remote role demands a commitment of 25 hours per week which includes 7 hours on weekend . The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with preferred experience of 5 years in EA roles or related services such as events/project management/administration/operations or with skill sets for the same.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate qualification is required.

Communication Skills: Good communication skills are crucial, and candidates from Convent/Public School backgrounds are preferred.

Technical Proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), searching websites for online deals on travel, reservations, booking etc

Work Environment : Must possess a reliable broadband connection and have access to a quiet and distraction-free workspace at home.

Permanent Remote Position: This is a permanent remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity for a long-term commitment. Mumbai candidates would be required to meet once a month for interface.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day personal assistance to the Business Leader on personal coordination and bookings and similar help to his family.

Assist in daily routine including travel bookings, school logistic coordination, credit card and vendor payments, coordinating on operational matters with outside stakeholders for family

Assist in time saving and making processes through understanding and empathy bringing elements of care concern and helpfulness in dealing with various members of the Leaders family.

Should be excellent in setting reminders, being structured, creating documentations and do repetitive tasks without reminders. Should be proactive, self motivated and delivery oriented.

Liaise and follow up on critical discussions, running various projects for quality process improvement and increased productivity.

Interact with various people and stakeholders including family of the Leader.

Coordinate and facilitate data/information requirements as needed.

Undertake any other tasks related to saving the Senior Leader's time and optimizing efficiency.

Candidate Profile: Experience: Preferred 5 years of experience ideally in services sector.

Remuneration:

The role offers a fixed remuneration of INR 30,000 per month.
