Position Name: Sr. Biz. Manager, 3PL Location of Posting: Bangalore Reporting into: Founder Qualification Academic MBA from a reputed Institute +/- Industrial / Production Engineering from a reputed Engineering College Essential Skill Sets Required
Should have a great entrepreneurial zeal and a passion to build grounds up bits.
Should possess a prior project/B2B services sales experience
Should be highly process oriented and drive a team to document and adhere to laid down systems.
Should have the ability to represent Co. at relevant forums, and seek out and connect with decision-makers.
Should be adept at the use of technology to improvise day-to-day working.
Should have experience of 10-12 years. Prior exposure to warehouse management shall be an added advantage.

To ensure the rapid growth of our 3PL (warehousing) services.
To drive the team against pre-determined targets and ensure rapid expansion.
To hire talent both for back-end operations and biz. growth as the biz. expands
To establish a formidable online brand presence for City Link fulfillment solutions
To expand the back-end operations to multiple cities while creating avenues for biz. growth.
To ensure consummation of all contracts/transactions.billing & collecting within a specified period.
About Us City Link, an incubated start-up from Kochiho ( ) is building a service offering focused on young D2C brands for E-com fulfillment and 3PL Warehousing services catering to large enterprises. The service is going to see a unique interplay of tech, processes, and people. Goods mobility within the city is another biz. being built where the focus is on clean energy alternatives, especially Electric vehicles. We commenced our journey with conventional ICE vehicles and now rapidly transitioning to Electric vehicles. Salary Range: 22-25 lakhs p.a.
