KRAs Sourcing Strategy Development Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance. Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term partnerships. Researching new upcoming products in categories for timely launch. Supplier Management Manage Supplier Relationships to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and products. Monitor Supplier performance and implement improvement initiatives as necessary. Resolve Supplier- related issues and disputes in a timely manner. Supply Chain Management Develop and implement supply chain plans to meet demand and business objectives. Forecast demand for materials and products, and coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure availability. Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while maintaining service levels. Monitoring the performance of the supply chain and identify gaps/ opportunities for improvement. Inventory Management Forecasting demand and managing inventory levels to ensure that materials and supplies are available when needed. Oversee inventory control measures to reduce stock-outs and excess inventory. Implement inventory optimization techniques to improve inventory turns and reduce holding cost Monitor inventory levels as FBA, FBF and own warehouse and analyse trends to make proactive adjustments. Warehousing and Distribution Coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods. Optimize transportation routes and modes to minimize costs and lead times. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and requirements. Cost Management Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency within the supply chain. Analyse cost drivers and implement cost-saving initiatives. Monitor and report on key cost metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Process Improvement Identifying opportunities to improve sourcing and supply chain processes. Implementing processes and systems to optimize the flow of materials and supplies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve operational excellence. Compliance and Risk Management Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Identify and assess supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies. Implement controls to minimize risks and ensure business continuity. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of sourcing and supply chain professionals. Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, logistics, Business administration or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of total experience in Sourcing and Supply chain with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Preferably having experience in Excel sheet/Gsuites etc. Proven track record of developing and implementing sourcing strategies that deliver cost saving and improve operational efficiency. Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationship. Excellent analytical, problem- solving and decision making skills. Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
