Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Operations Manager at Telyport's Bengaluru office. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for end to end supply and fulfilment overseeing day-to-day operations and supply & managing a team, optimizing processes, and ensuring smooth and efficient delivery operations. You will collaborate with different teams to improve delivery performance, handle customer escalations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. If you have a strong operational background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for logistics, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, logistics, or a related field
• Working on end-to-end supply and fulfillment
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of process improvement and optimization
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of the courier or delivery industry is a plus
