Job Description - Senior Presales Manager

Our client is an IT Product and Services based MNC which employees more than 1700 domain and technology experts across North America Asia and Europe UAE. They help enterprises to embrace Digital Transformation across Banking Mobility Payments and Government sectors through a platform led approach. They are CMMI level organization and Great place to work Certified.They caters to a host of clients across BFSI Telecom Digital Solutions for Government and Logistics industry.

Job Details

  • Experience required 15 years
  • CTC Bracket 23 LPA
  • Qualification BE/B.Tech/ Graduation in any stream.
  • Location RabaleNavi Mumbai
  • Domain Cash Management/Transaction Banking

Skills Required

  • Manage the endtoend bid process.
  • Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from key stakeholderstypically engaging with sales marketing product teams finance commercial legal and project management / delivery.
  • Identifying & Managing OEMs for partner product requirements
  • Conducting research and brainstorming key points to include inthe bid.
  • Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid ensuringall products / services are included in the final price to the customer.
  • Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.
  • Contributing to the written proposal both in terms of content and presentation (such as providing guidance around the executive summary).
  • Conducting research and brainstorming key points to include in the bid.
  • Conducting team briefings
  • Should have excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to keep up with trends.

Domain knowledge

  • Banking knowledge is a must
  • Knowledge on transaction banking Cash Management and digital banking is preferable

Key Performance Indicators

  • Successful bid management
  • Coordinates closely with internal sales sales support and service resources to align solution design with customers business requirements.
  • Create wining proposals cost estimation and help sales to negotiate the contract
  • Assess the customer needs and arrive at the best solution by engaging the technology and delivery team.
  • Identify market segments and create value propositions for these segments that include appropriate solutions that significantly helps in deal conversions.
  • Lead and inspire a team
  • Conducting the successful demo POC and preparation of pitch presentation
  • Continuous knowledge on competition landscape their offerings.
  • Deadlinedriven and committed to excellence.
