We are looking for Passionate and hard-working Supply Chain Managers who want to live and work in Germany/ Netherlands/ Australia or Singapore region under Work and PR Visa.

The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and implementing a supply strategy that delivers the lowest total cost, reduces inventory, and maximizes customer satisfaction through world class service.

Responsibilities

• Anticipating demand for products or services and planning the procurement, production, and distribution accordingly.
• Sourcing raw materials, components, or services needed for production at the right quality, quantity, and cost.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods or services.
• Optimizing inventory levels to balance the need for product availability with the cost of carrying inventory.
• Coordinating the manufacturing process to ensure efficient use of resources and timely production of goods.
• Managing the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses, between warehouses, and from warehouses to customers, optimizing transportation routes and modes.
• Overseeing the storage, handling, and distribution of goods within warehouses, including inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
• Monitoring and ensuring the quality of products or services throughout the supply chain, from raw materials to finished goods
• Identifying and mitigating risks that could disrupt the supply chain, such as supplier disruptions, natural disasters, or geopolitical events.
• Ensuring that supply chain operations comply with relevant regulations and standards, and implementing sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact.
• Utilizing data analytics and technology tools to optimize supply chain processes, improve efficiency, and make informed decisions.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance the overall performance of the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years' of supply chain experience
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Capability to develop long-term supply chain strategies.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication with stakeholders across the supply chain.
• Capacity to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ability to inspire and guide teams toward shared objectives.
