Qualification: CA Drop Outs. (Must have appeared CA exams in past)
Experience: 3 years
Gender: Male candidates are preferred. The female can be considered if she has below mentioned
knowledge.

The candidate’s duties and Responsibilities in our firm would be:
1. Review the working for GST, TDS, and Various other taxes
2. Review accounts in Tally
3. Prepare and Review monthly income statements
4. Preparing/reviewing Income Tax returns, financial statements
5. Finalizing books of accounts.
6. Hiring candidates from time to time
7. Various other responsibilities which would be given from time to time
***Just to sum up on above we need some 1 who can review the work & the books of
accounts. Should have knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax so that he can review the work

Sourcing and Screening Guidelines:
1. Good written &oral communications skills. Should be able to write basic email
2. Should have handled accounts work in relation non-financial sector that is for Manufacturing
Trading &Service Organization. Should have knowledge of above
3. Proficient with MS-Office and Tally is mandatory. Please don't shortlist if no experience in tally
in last job
4. Candidates born after 1995.
5. Immediate joiners would be given priority we can accept candidates upto 40days notice
period as well
6. Candidate may be required to visit client locations as well if required for meetings or any other
work
7. Candidate must stay nearby (His travelling time to office shouldn’t be more than 60 mins)
8. In case if the candidate requires leave’s for exams we can give leave’s to 10 days including
exam days.
9. Must have CA Firm experience in previous job.
10. Must have given the CA intermediate exam in past. If Final CA drop out salary can be
stretched upto 45,000 per month.

Work Policy:
1. 6 days working with (Sundays 2nd &4th Saturdays off in a month) –Andheri
2. Timings 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM or 10.30 AM to 7.30 PM depending location she/he is
placed(Might have to stretch during the deadlines)
3. Travelling would be required in the western line of Mumbai Please try sticking to the
categories mentioned above.
