Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Motor Controller Engineer with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic engineering team. This role involves designing and developing motor control systems for our innovative electric two-wheelers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop control algorithms for PMSM/BLDC motors used in electric two-wheelers.

- Implement and test motor control strategies including FOC, PWM techniques, and sensorless controls.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate motor controllers with battery management systems and vehicle dynamics.

- Conduct system simulations and in-vehicle testing to validate controller performance under various conditions.

- Optimize motor control solutions for efficiency, cost, and manufacturability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- B.tech in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in motor control system design and testing.

- Proficient in embedded C programming and real-time operating systems.

- Hands-on experience with motor simulation software and tools such as MATLAB/Simulink.

- Strong understanding of electrical hardware design and troubleshooting motor drive circuits.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with automotive or electric vehicle powertrain systems.

- Familiarity with ISO 26262 functional safety standards and practices.

- Knowledge of CAN, SPI, I2C communication protocols.
