Opening for House Keeping Manager – Pharma company

Job Duties:

• To prepare SOP's of Housekeeping Department in co-ordination with Quality
• Inward - out ward receipt, storage, issuance & maintenance
• (House-keeping related materials)
• To maintain Toilet cleaning
• Daily cleaning and sanitization RM, PM, FG, manufacturing & packing area
• Daily cleaning and sanitization QA, QC,_ ADMIN & other company premises
• Uniform washing, ironing and issuance
• Scrap managements
• Air curtain cleaning
• lnsectocutor cleaning and records
• Rodent Control Record
• Inspection record for lizard
• Pest Control
• Vacuum cleaner cleaning record
• Water cooler cleaning record
• Water Tank Cleaning and Sanitization
• Fumigation
• ETP Plant maintenance (Related to Decontamination/ decomposition of Hazardous
• chemicals & wastage)
• Drainage cleaning
• Canteen wastage disposal management
• Plumbing related activity
• Must have knowledge on API & Formulation.

Skills :

• Passionate about a hygienic environment
• Mathematical skills needed in order to appropriately mix cleaning agents according to the prescription of the manufacturer
• The ability to take the initiative and lead others
• Self-control is also a necessary characteristic of a prospective housekeeping manager to handle difficult people appropriately
• Proficiency in the use of information and communication technology tools is a plus for prospective housekeeping managers.

Experience:

• Total work: 3-5 years (Required)

Qualifications:

• B.com Graduate.
