HR Data Quality Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HR Data Quality Specialist for our client in India. You’ll play a critical role in delivering HR reporting support in Workday and ServiceNow to ensure accuracy of data in Workday while managing the daily responsibilities of a team of global People Operations Specialists. The role will support the People Operations Team with the objective of efficiently and successfully organizing and coordinating high-volume HR activities.

Responsibilities::

• Data Mapping and Transformation
• Lead Quality Assurance practices for people operation shared service transactions and processes
• Data Integration. Design and implement processes for integrating data from various sources/systems
• Validate and resolve system integration errors
• Support leadership and stakeholders (e.g., Benefits, Compensation, Talent Mgmt, etc.) in performing preliminary report requests within HR Systems.
• Participate in Design and UAT testing for cross-functional processes and enhancements
• Ensure data and system integrity by conducting regular audit report review in Workday.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting of analysis
• Conducts data quality checks across various data sources such as Workday, ServiceNow, and The Landing.
• Identify data quality issues and determine a proper course of action
• Create Dashboards in ServiceNow and find/analyze trends.

Skills:

• Self-driver and Independent thinker
• 2+ years of prior experience in a Data Management related role preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively (and remotely) with business users and senior-level management to determine information needs and effective delivery methods
• Experience producing readily understandable reporting & information delivery; experience consuming data visualization & and dashboard solutions
• Experience with HRIS Systems preferably Workday and ServiceNow.
• Experience with ticketing systems. ServiceNow is preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently.
• Proficient in Google applications (Gmail, google sheet, etc.) preferred
• Maintain a high level of data confidentiality.
• High-energy, driven, articulate, and friendly personality with a customer-service mindset.
• Experience supporting People Business Partner, Payroll, Recruitment, and HR activity supporting to Maintain and foster collaborations with internal functions, customers & manufacturers company.

Education:

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in the human resource or shared services industry.
