1) Received and inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity
2) Coordinate with internal team and vendors for timely deliveries
3) Issue material to the concern Team and make proper records
4) Ensuring receipt of material as per PO schedule.
5) Ensure proper storage of material to prevent damage or losses
6) Implement efficient organization systems to optimize storage space
7) Coordinate with relevant departments to determine storage needs
8) Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory
9) Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to avoid shortages
10) Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy
11) To Prepare weekly Stock Statement
Other Details:
Working days- 6 Days (Fridays Off)
Working time- 9:00 am - 07:00 pm
Work location – Asangaon
