Position: Manufacturing Plan HR

Location: Shirwal (45 KM away from Pune )

Qualification: MBA HR (*FULL TIME/ No back logs)

Experience: 2-4 years

Industry: Manufecturing (Any)

Brife of the role:

• Manage Employee Relations at Shop floor,

• Drive Employee engagement and Labour welfare initiatives,

• Manpower planning and Compensation management for Venturing In (Subcontractor) category,

• Monitoring Statutory & Legal Compliance & attending Compliance related audits,

• Managing Time office & Payroll of Venturing In (subcontractor) category employees,

• Build Capabilities - Organizational, BU, Functional, Technical & Behavioural.

About Plant:

We are Manufacturing Refrigerator, AC & Washing Machine at this Plant.

Facilities at Location:

Transport Pick and Drop facility at nominal charges.

Canteen Facility at nominal charges.
