You are responsible for:

• Produces and completes Quality Engineering documents under supervision.
• Supports Quality Plan design for hardware and Software design and ensure they meet quality and compliance standards for every planned milestone.
• Validates key design inputs like usability, reliability, performance, supportability, manufacturability, localizability, safety, security, privacy, serviceability, sustainability and costs
• Provides effective oversight of the execution of the quality, reliability, PMS Plans, any Risk Management activities, and all of design related activities during the product/system lifecycle
• Performs independent technical assessment on product quality performance and post‐market product quality analysis to lead quality related problem solving and root cause analysis during design and manufacturing and initiates field actions when required
• Supports stakeholders during the execution of quality system‐ and product audits and inspections.
• Create Quality awareness level as determined within the organization.
• Introduce and implement the quality processes and tools required to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manages the review and approval of finished products manufactured for and by the company in accordance with their approved specifications.
• Interact with all areas involved in the product development process and provide direction and consultation.
• Accountable to manage and harmonize all QMS management processes and ensure the FDA-compliant validation of all SW systems in scope.
• Ensures that all products to be released comply with all the relevant safety and environmental policies and regulations by implementing requirements, conditions and enablers in the Business.
• Has working knowledge of company products and services.
• Responsible for performing timely detailed quality engineering tasks such as assessing product designs and reviewing test and other performance data, analyze market feedback, completing or assisting with root cause analysis and quality problem solving.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent
• 1+ years of Quality Management experience
• Collaborating with local stakeholders for the proper adaptation of quality system processes
• Driving common Q&R goals and objectives towards improved customer experience, operational excellence & dedicated regulatory compliance
• Experience participating in audits
• Needs to have the ability to work independently and make decisions
• Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship.
• Use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
