Production Manager | Salary : 60 - 70 k | experience : 8 - 10 years | Location : Malur | Experience as Production in stainless Steel like Breweries , Fermentation tanks , Distillery Pharma sector , Food sector Then only apply Education : BE Mechanical | Benefits : accommodation, food , Health insurance , Performance bonus , Yearly bonus etc Role Deputy Manager or Manger Manufacturing (Production cum QC Manager) Experience: 8-10 years in stainless steel fabrication industries, preferably in the brewery, distillery, food, and pharmaceutical sectors, with expertise in manufacturing product storage tanks, pressure vessels, fermentors, reactors, etc. Key Responsibilities: Production Management:
Oversee all aspects of production, including planning, scheduling, and execution of manufacturing processes for stainless steel products.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, production targets, and timelines.
Quality Control:
Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of product quality.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.
Coordinate with third-party inspectors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Material Management:
Manage inventory and procurement of raw materials, ensuring availability for production activities.
Monitor material usage and minimize wastage to optimize costs.
Team Leadership:
Lead and supervise production teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement.
Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate production records, including work orders, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, quality metrics, and operational efficiency.
Health and Safety:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi for effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques for quality assessment.
Proficiency in using ERP systems for production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
