Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of optimizing production processes to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products while optimizing resource utilization.
• Supervise and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a high level of productivity and morale.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement process improvements, including the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions as needed to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Manage inventory levels and materials procurement to support production schedules while minimizing excess inventory and waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all production staff.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics, to resolve production-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 8 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of machine manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and quality control.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve common goals.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and manufacturing ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
