Production Operators

Job Purpose: Work in shifts as Machine operator (Production operator) and help to run the production system in most efficient ways by utilizing full capacity and resources. A Machine Operator is a professional who is responsible for operating their assigned machinery. They ensure their machine runs smoothly, works at capacity without issue and is appropriately maintained. Roles & Responsibilities: Maintaining the discipline and order on the line and providing feedback to shift engineer on any violation of regulations Able to handle the shift activity as defined by the Engineer. Executing the action plan as defined by the shift Engineer. Maintaining the daily shift activity, it’s briefing to the seniors. Taking immediate actions during shift to close off any issues related to safety. Knowledge about the machine operation, process and troubleshooting. Training & Developing of team members. Follow the SOPs, Control Plan/WI/CS/SPC for production Prepare daily shift wise production reports and discuss the same with shift Engineer at the shift end. Train and lead new operators on machine operations and safety procedures Prepare machines to start a production cycle٫ performing calibration٫ cleaning and other activities Rectify and solve small issues with machinery as they occur Required Skills: Qualification: ITI/Diploma(Any Stream) with at least 3+ years of experience into Similar industry. Experience & knowledge about Solar Cell & its operation Characterization knowledge of Solar cell for process improvement (e.g. Rework reduction, breakage reduction, Throughput improvement etc.) Knowledge about basic 5S, Kaizen. Knowledge about MS-word, Excel. Wet Line: Knowledge of Chemical handling e.g à bath makeup, chemical drain, machine cleaning with proper PPE.. Diffusion: Knowledge about to handling POCl3 ,handling quartz boat & diffusion machine operation. PECVD: Knowledge about PECVD basics CTQ parameter (RI & thickness), Handling & knowledge about Graphite boats & PECVD/ its automation operation. Printing: Able to handle the Printing all sections (BB/FC), Basic knowledge about AOI cameras & Able to handle sorter sections.
