About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and quality control within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the Quality department
• Oversee day-to-day department operations
• Establish and maintain quality control processes, including inspections, tests, and audits, to monitor product and service quality throughout the production or delivery process.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Generate reports and performance metrics to communicate quality status and progress to senior management.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality management principles, tools, and techniques.
• Supervise all the officers

About you:

• At least 8 years of experience in the department of Quality Control is necessary
• Experience in Manufacturing industry is necessary
• Hard working
• Leadership ability
• Previous experience in a managerial role is necessary
