Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee all aspects of quality control and to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our clients. You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile manufacturing and a proven track record of implementing and managing quality control systems to ensure product consistency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance standards from raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze production data and quality metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Train and educate employees on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices.  Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
• Manage customer complaints and returns, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality assurance and implement relevant changes as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master's / Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control roles within the woven garment manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of woven garment manufacturing processes, quality standards, and testing methodologies.
• Experience in implementing and managing quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9002) is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence change.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications, as per industry standards.
