Quality Control Engineer

Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in documenting inspection results, maintaining accurate records, and generating comprehensive reports.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot quality issues, deviations, and non-conformities.
• Participation in cross-functional teams and projects aimed at enhancing product quality and efficiency.
• Adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to materials, chemicals, electronic, and mechanical parts quality control.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and driving quality excellence throughout the organization.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.

• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality auditing.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• Experience with conducting various types of inspections, testing, and analysis techniques
