Job Description - Senior Composite Manufacturing Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Composite Manufacturing Engineer at Drones Tech Lab. The Senior Composite Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day tasks associated with manufacturing processes, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, and machining. The role will involve working on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area.

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing processes, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, and machining
Strong knowledge of composite material manufacturing
Ability to design and implement manufacturing systems and processes
Experience with quality control and assurance
Proficiency in CAD software
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in composite manufacturing
