As a Support Analyst, the candidate would be responsible to act as an SME for critical manufacturing IT applications.
Analyse, troubleshoot production incidents
Monitor health status of applications
Problem Investigation and Root cause analysis
Perform application deployments
Develop monitoring solutions with latest monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, WhatsUp Gold etc..)
Process automation through tools like Pega
Actively participate in all team agile ceremonies
Communicates with the business customers, Plant IT, ITO Operations team and Global support teams on a day-to-day basis and resolves incidents.
Lead & support problem management and drive for efficiency.
Ensure adherence to CTQ in production support engagement.
Ensure that appropriate security and controls are adhered .
Ensure appropriate use of Ford IT processes, tools and methodologies within application.
Documentation handling (Product specification, User Guides, Product Change Notice etc.)
Guides and coach's other Support Analyst on product teams.
Organize team learning events.
