Job Role: We're searching for a marketing whiz with an entrepreneurial spirit to play a pivotal role in building our brand and becoming the ultimate champion for India's MSMEs. You'll be a key player across the entire customer journey, crafting a story that inspires and executing killer marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and ultimately, growth. Job Requirement: - A self-started, hustling marketing professional who thrives in an action-oriented environment - With a degree or PG diploma graduation in advertising / mass media / communications / brand management. - Having 5-7 years of rich experience in most of the full-funnel marketing activities. Experience in MSME lending or B2B segment will be an added advantage (but not mandatory). Professionals from Brand or Agency side are welcome. We welcome professionals from both brand and agency side experience. - A strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Organic, Paid, Email, Automation, CRM, WhatsApp and Analytics), creatives and BTL - Experienced in managing and collaborating with various teams, including sales, support, agencies, media, and industry associations. - Having excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
