We are seeking a talented Marketing Analyst/Senior Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. This remote position based in India offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our marketing efforts in the Fintech and compliance transformation space. As part of our Marketing Vertical, you will be crucial in driving brand awareness, engaging our audience on LinkedIn, managing client lists, and supporting various content creation initiatives. As a member of this team, you will work alongside some of the industry’s top minds to drive innovation, shape cutting-edge marketing strategies, and make a tangible impact. Your contributions will enhance StrategyBRIX's brand presence and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's businesses. What you will do: The right person for this role is an enthusiastic early-stage professional or recent grad with prior experience working in the marketing and branding domain. You will be given opportunities to work on problems outside your comfort zone but will also have access to support and guidance to achieve your day-to-day objectives and help with your development within the industry. As a marketing team member at StrategyBRIX, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to elevate our brand and engage with our audience in the dynamic world of Fintech and compliance transformation. Your responsibilities include: - Create awareness by developing compelling content and posting on LinkedIn, one of our key platforms for reaching our target audience. - Curate ideas to ensure a steady stream of relevant and valuable content to engage our audience. - Effectively manage client lists, which involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, segmenting our client base as needed, and leveraging this data to inform our marketing strategies. - Ability to organize and coordinate dinners. - Create snappy and reusable templates for various marketing materials. - Assist with podcast or video series creation, involving tasks such as content ideation, scriptwriting, coordination with guests, and support during the production process. - Monitor engagement metrics, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact. - Devise innovative campaign ideas that capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities. Job requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or higher with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Proficiency in Canva for design activities. - Experience with HubSpot or any other CRM tool. - Excellent design sense to create visually appealing, catchy, and original content. - Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. - Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, reports). - Detail-oriented and highly organized individual, inquisitive, and possess a strong desire to learn. - (Preferred) Previous experience in podcasting and video editing. - (Preferred) Expertise in social media marketing strategies, SEO techniques, analytical skills, and business insights.
