Job Overview: The AGM – Marketing will be responsible for crafting and executing data driven marketing & communication strategies , to promote Raveshia Realty’s Brand as well as it’s Developments & Projects. As a key member of the Leadership team, the incumbent will contribute to Raveshia Realty’s commercial growth and success by ensuring Developments & Projects are effectively marketed to the target audience and by increasing Brand visibility and awareness. Job Description 1. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. This includes defining target markets, identifying competitive advantages, and setting clear marketing objectives. Oversee marketing projects, including development brief, design monitoring in line with feasibility and financial returns, marketing, and transactions, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and meeting quality standards. 2. Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity. Implement initiatives to enhance brand awareness and visibility in the market. Develop creative campaigns and partnerships to increase brand recognition and strengthen our positioning as a leading property developer. Work with creative team or agencies to create brand guidelines for any upcoming properties, from naming to logo, to entire brand architecture. 3. Digital Marketing & Content Creation: Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), pay‐per‐click advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing. Develop high‐quality content for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, websites, and social media platforms. 4. Advertising , Event Coordination and Promotion: Plan and execute advertising campaigns, both online and offline, to showcase properties, attract potential clients, and increase brand visibility. Plan and coordinate events, and property launches to showcase our developments and engage with potential buyers, investors, and industry stakeholders. 5. Lead Generation & CRM : Implement lead generation strategies to capture and nurture leads through various marketing channels, including website forms, email campaigns, and events. Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and track leads throughout the sales process. 6. Market Research & Performance Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.  Stay abreast with industry trends, demographic shifts, and competitor activities, gather market intelligence to leverage new market opportunities, benchmark against competitors, and make recommendations for market expansion and sustainable growth. Regularly measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs). Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback. Evaluate the marketing feasibility of potential projects, considering factors such as location, market demand, competitive landscape, and project scope. 7. Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, track expenses, and evaluate ROI of marketing campaigns to optimize resource allocation and achieve desired outcomes. 8. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Supervise and manage the marketing team ( inhouse / external ). Provide guidance, set performance goals, and foster a collaborative work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Development , Finance to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with project goals and gather data/insights for feasibility assessments. Liaise with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with overall business objectives. 9. Partnerships and Relationships: Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, developers, and other stakeholders to create partnerships and enhance the company's market presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry partners, and stakeholders to maximize project exposure. Qualifications and Skills Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related fields. 10 years of proven experience in Marketing roles within the Real estate or Property development industry , with a track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives and programs for flagship real estate projects. Proven track record in developing data-driven campaigns that yield measurable ROI and contribute to long-term brand recognition. Strong knowledge of Mumbai Real Estate market , Real estate regulations and Laws as well as  regional cultural nuances. Strong English communication skills are mandatory. Knowledge of other languages are advantageous. Proven expertise in conducting feasibility studies and translating findings into successful marketing strategies. Proficiency in market research tools, data analysis software, and marketing platforms (CRM, SEO, etc.) Strong understanding of customer preferences, and industry best practices. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to create impactful marketing content Key Personal Attributes Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation. Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and consumer preferences.
