Job Description

Position: Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager – Marketing

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 04 to 10 Years

Age Band: 25 to 35 years

Gender: Male

Companies preferred: FMCG / Food Processing.

No. of vacancies: 2

Locations: Chennai / Thrissur

Skills Required:

1. Minimum of 4 years Marketing role experience is required.
2. Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
3. Knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
4. Familiarity with Brand Promotions, Market Surveys and Brand Activation.
5. Excellent communication and people skills.
6. Creativity and commercial awareness.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Providing Marketing Support from start to finish by developing and implementing strategies that covers all aspects of marketing.
2. Market Visit every month across all states.
3. Coordination with packaging team towards the developments.
4. Organize and participate in all the events as per the Elite Marketing Event Calendar across all states.
5. Marketing Task execution as per the supervisor advice.
6. Work with E-Commerce Platforms to Ensure seamless integration, improve product visibility and enhance sales through synchronized efforts and strategies.
7. Conducting sensory evaluations and accurately assess and analyse the sensory attributes of products to ensure consistent and reliable results.
8. Handle the processing of purchase orders (POs) and payments by ensuring that purchase orders are accurately created, reviewed, and approved.
