Assistant Manager – Solutions Marketing, Insurance - COR028579

A global leader with deep experience in launching digitally focused products, effective positioning solutions, and industry marketing activities across different channels. As an Assistant Manager of Solutions Marketing, you will bring Genpact’s diverse portfolio to market and help align it with Genpact’s overall portfolio and business objectives. You will help refine Genpact’s go-to-market strategy and help us map the company’s products and solutions into a customer-centric portfolio. In service to that, you will build a portfolio architecture aligned with business strategy and objectives, align offerings to target buyers, and plan the launch of our key solutions and services.
Responsibilities
• Company and solution positioning and value proposition: develop clear and compelling positioning and messaging for the company and its solutions with target audiences
• Market research and competitive analysis: Conduct market research on customer needs, pain points, and trends within the industry; conduct competitive analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of competing solutions and inform differentiation strategies
• Go-to-Market strategy: create and deliver go-to-market plans for new solutions, including identifying target audience and marketing channels
• Sales enablement: provide sales teams with the marketing resources (including sales decks, battle cards) they need to effectively position solutions to prospective clients
• Content development and performance optimization: aid in the production and promotion of marketing collateral to educate prospects and customers about Genpact and its offerings; monitor the performance of marketing initiatives, analyzing results, and making data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts
• Cross-functional Collaboration: collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Bachelors’ degree required; MBA strongly preferred
• Relevant years of professional B2B experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Relevant years of advanced experience with product line or business unit management
• A hands-on style of working and a dedication to being a great teammate with the ability to mentor less experience solutions marketers
• Experience building and executing winning integrated product and solution launches that incorporate the entire marketing ecosystem
• Demonstrated skills in developing messaging and positioning of digital solutions
• Ability to influence peers and senior leaders across the business, and to inspire, nurture and lead team members
• Knowledge of the technology, digital and professional services space, and an understanding of changing market dynamics and how to translate them into actionable strategies to achieve company objectives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
