Job Description:

• Strong foundational skills – written and oral business communication stakeholder management
• Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis process definition requirements gathering and analysis.
• Proficiency in writing BRD FSD and use stories. Hands on experience in using SharePoint Confluence Visio. Jira will be an added advantage.
• Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to clarify delivery requirements.
• Possess a delivery focus.
• Experience in Software product development; business and technology transformation; Agile methodology.
• Ability to drive interactions with Program Manager Senior Sponsors within business & technology teams.
• Demonstrate ability in planning consulting/functional work managing stakeholders ownership of project outcomes.
• Deep domain and system knowledge to turn customer needs into business requirements and workable technology outcomes.
