Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of professional experience in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation. This individual will play a key role in creating high-quality 3D assets for a variety of projects, including but not limited to animation.

Core Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling: Create detailed and accurate 3D models of characters, environments, props, and other assets based on project requirements.
• Texturing and Shading: Apply textures, materials, and shaders to 3D models to achieve realistic or stylized appearances, ensuring consistency and quality across assets.
• Lighting and Rendering: Set up lighting rigs and render scenes using industry-standard software (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, etc.), optimizing render settings for efficiency and quality.
• Animation: Develop animations for characters, objects, and environments, including keyframe animation, rigging, and skinning, to bring 3D assets to life.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the creative team, including artists, animators, designers, and directors, to understand project requirements and deliver assets that meet artistic and technical standards.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues related to 3D software, rendering, and asset optimization, implementing solutions to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of own work and work produced by others, ensuring adherence to project specifications, artistic direction, and industry standards.

Primary Skills :

• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Substance Painter, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of anatomy, form, composition, and color theory. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Years of Experience:

• 4+ years of professional experience as a 3D Generalist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation
