Job Description - Deputy Manager Marketing

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset capable of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth. This role requires creativity leadership and the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role with a minimum of 68 years in a marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and plans.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques with the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing metrics.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.
  • Experience in the luxury real estate industry is a plus.

Ownership & Responsibility:

  • Referral / WOM Marketing: Expand brand reach and generate qualified leads through referral and wordofmouth marketing.
  • Public Relations (PR): Enhance brand visibility and reputation through strategic PR activities.
  • Creating Sales Communication Assets: Develop sales assets to support the sales team and maintain brand consistency.
  • Targets and Budgets: Set and manage marketing targets and budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Marketing Calendar & Plan: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans on schedule.
  • Lead Generation: Implement strategies to drive customer acquisition across various channels.
  • Direct Marketing: Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns to engage target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Reference & WoM Marketing:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Reference & Word of Mouth marketing strategy to generate qualified leads and drive sales for Isprava.
  • Cultivate relationships with satisfied customers real estate agents industry influencers and other stakeholders to encourage referrals and positive recommendations.
  • Create compelling marketing materials including testimonials case studies and success stories to showcase the benefits and value of our properties.
  • Leverage customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and refine marketing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to integrate Reference & Word of Mouth initiatives into broader marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and track performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make datadriven decisions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and emerging best practices in Reference & Word of Mouth marketing to drive continuous improvement.

PR:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness promote key messages and generate positive media coverage
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets journalists bloggers influencers and other key stakeholders to secure press coverage and media opportunities.
  • Create compelling press releases media pitches and PR materials to effectively communicate company news project updates and milestones.
  • Monitor media coverage and social media channels to track and analyze public sentiment identify trends and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales and development to ensure alignment of PR activities with overall business objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and manage PR budgets track expenses and evaluate the ROI of PR initiatives to optimize resources and maximize results.

Effective stakeholder management:

  • Managing and coordinating service provider relationships
  • Liaising with media organizations and partner agencies
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
