Job Description - Digital Marketing Executive

Our team is seeking Digital Marketing Executives who will help grow brands strategically and creatively. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and technology. The candidate needs to be well-versed in digital marketing concepts, and how the Internet can become a solid asset to securing growing revenue. The candidate should be tech-savvy and capable of managing the strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Design, build, and maintain the client’s brand presence across digital platforms, extending beyond social media.
  • Plan and execute all brand-related campaigns across various channels like social media, e-mail, search, and display advertising campaigns
  • Suggest and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Exhibit strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven work experience of minimum 1-3 years with leading brands and/or agencies.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media analytics and sentiment tracking tools (e.g. Meltwater, Sprinklr, Hubspot, Buffer, Facebook Ad Manager, etc.).
  • Knowledge and experience of paid media tools, digital marketing and analytics platforms like Facebook ads, Google ads, other PPC channels, SEO etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
