About the role: This is an in-office, paid internship based out of Gurugram, which can convert to a full-time role after completion. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various aspects of digital marketing while working alongside seasoned professionals. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and possess a passion for digital marketing and social media. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to social media, email, and search engines. Collaborate with team members to develop engaging content for social media channels, blog posts, email newsletters, and other digital platforms. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms. Assist in optimizing website content and user experience to improve SEO rankings and drive organic traffic. Support the planning and execution of virtual events, webinars, and online promotions. Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed. Qualifications: We’re looking for someone who can join full-time after completion of internship Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, ) and their best practices. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Creative thinker with a willingness to contribute new ideas and perspectives. Preferred Qualifications: Previous internship or relevant experience in digital marketing or social media management. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro). Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
