Responsibilities:

2. Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.

- Drive excellence in execution and client satisfaction through effective leadership and guidance.

3. Social Media Management:

- Oversee the development and execution of social media strategies across various platforms.

7. Budget Management:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in advertising agencies.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.

- Ability to drive strategic discussions with senior client stakeholders.

- Self-motivated, creative, and solutions-focused individual.
