You'll create and run all our internet ads and promotions, including social media, website stuff, and email marketing. We need someone who's a whiz with Google Ads and Facebook Ads. You'll also help us find new customers and keep track of what our competitors are doing. On social media, you'll be our star, creating plans to get people talking and following us. You'll also keep an eye on online reviews and respond to what customers say. If you love keeping up with the latest digital marketing trends, this is the job for you!Key Responsibilities:• Contribute to the marketing strategy by leveraging social media and digital channels to identify and acquire customers.• Develop social media marketing plans and programs for each product and direct promotional support.• Develop digital marketing plans and programs for each product and direct promotional support.• Maintain online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer relations programs.• Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.• Create new strategies for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.• Maintain the research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.• Provide marketing information by answering questions and requests.• Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.• Complete social media marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.• Maintain social media marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, training, and managing employees.• Develop marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and growth opportunities.• Networking with the Fashion and fashion retail community.• Continuous learning.• Maintain physical fitness (should be able to run a 5km under 35 mins in 6 months).• Maintain mental fitness (commit to 1 hr. of mindfulness each week).• Maintain a professional presence on Social Networking sites aligned with the Company’s guidelinesQualifications and Skills:The minimum relevant experience required is 1 yearSocial Media Marketing, Communication, and Content Strategy skillsSocial Media Optimization (SMO) and Writing skillsExperience in developing and executing social media strategiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to create engaging and compelling contentKnowledge of social media platforms and trendsAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesProficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldProficient with Google Suite and able to swiftly adapt to new technologies and environments.A creative thinker with a talent for conceptualization and problem-solving.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Ready to immerse in a fast-paced, transformative setting where learning and growth are part of daily life.Why work for Torn & Stitched?At T&S, we invest in our employees for their overall growth and focus on providing a good work-life balance.
