Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Digital Marketing Manager at Pranshakti- Wellness, Fashions & Beauty, located in Kolkata. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and managing Digital Marketing campaigns, developing integrated strategies for ecommerce, social media platforms and monitoring its performance. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative content that aligns with the brand strategy and audience insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing Digital Marketing platforms and executing successful social media campaigns in a corporate, agency or in-house marketing role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to develop high-quality content
• Demonstrable experience in utilising social media management tools and analytics to optimize campaign performance
• Ability to work within a cross-functional team and interact with internal stakeholders, such as designers, copywriters, and sales executives
• Excellent analytical, project management, and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and media platforms (Photoshop, InDesign, Google Analytics, and Ads) and experience in generating reports and presenting findings to senior management
• A passion for wellness and health is desirable
