Job Description:As a Performance Marketing Specialist, he will play a crucial role in optimising our digital advertising efforts across a range of platforms, including Google Ads, Ads, Snapchat Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, and more. His expertise will directly impact our brand's visibility and conversion rates. We are seeking a talented professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Ads, Snapchat Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, and others.Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns to drive lead generation, website traffic, and conversion rates.Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and creative development to maximise campaign performance.Utilise Google Analytics and other analytical tools to monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to achieve KPIs.Continuously analyse and refine website conversion funnels to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create and test landing pages, ad creatives, and other assets for campaigns.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in the market.Budget management and allocation, ensuring maximum ROI on advertising spend.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising.Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Ads, Snapchat Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.Should have in-depth knowledge of Google Tag ManagerIn-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Excell and other analytics tools.Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation, and marketing funnel analysis.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Certifications in relevant advertising platforms.
