Job PurposeThe Digital Marketing Manager will be expected to plan and manage marketing campaigns that promote the institute’s brand identity, programmes, and enrolments through digital channels. Their duties will include planning brand as well as performance marketing campaigns, analysing metrics, and identifying trends across the digital space including on search, social media, CRM, email, mobile and and website. They will design, execute and measure digital marketing ca campaigns, manage and track social media platforms and prepare reports on overall performance of campaigns. They will be required to work with the internal Admissions/Outreach team on new growth strategies and liaise with external agencies for execution. The incumbent must have a hold on CRM systems and must be well versed with creating/managing communication journeys and metrics therein.KPI SummaryPerformance Marketing, Digital Communication, Community Management- Lead gen for all programmes - paid campaigns (search, social media, organic)- Ownership of social media handles - calendar, growth in followers, reach and engagement for all handles- Digital Analytics - leads, qualification, conversions, enrolments- Liaison with external agencies for all campaign requirements – serve as SPOC for all purposes- Liaison with Admissions/outreach teams for campaign and communication requirements- Manage Digital media spends and budgets- Ownership of data room on CRM, analytics therein- Website performance, updates, maintenance- Assistance with Emailer design and updates on CRM, performance tracking- SEO strategy, performance and executionPlanning digital marketing campaigns including search, optimization of organic presence (SEO) , publisher websites, email marketing, social media and other modes of communication. Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and the sole responsibility of community management through these channels.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights. Plan, execute, and measure and help optimize agency’ performance of digital acquisition journey – leads – qualification - applications – offers - enrolmentsTake on Online Reputation Management responsibilities to keep institute’s image and brand in check within all digital and social spaces.Liaison with external agencies that aid Marketing function including Digital performance agency creative agency, SEO agency, temporary/contract agencies. Coordinate with and support students for student led campaigns, promotion of student journeys & NCU Student Life and its promotion therein.Execution of NCU’s marketing and communications activities in collaboration with other stakeholders including:§ Marketing Manager§ Admissions/Enrollment team§ Website, Social Media, video production§ Institutional Advancement§ Conferences and eventsWork closely with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager to put together marketing plans and provide digital expertise. Execute and measure performance of all campaigns in the digital space and track the response consistently to record performance of strategy.Work in tandem with Designers, Marketing Manager for planning and executing overall/overarching strategy for the brand. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Daily operations with the Digital Agency to track and maximise performance marketing metrics· Regular collaboration with Admissions/Outreach department, and other external agencies for facilitation of brand design, partnership marketing, content and advertising.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels for lead qualification and enrolments.Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports. Research and forecast future performance trends, competitors and provide suggestions for improvement while keeping abreast with industry and market trends and best practices.
