Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Execution: Implement digital marketing campaigns and initiatives as per the digital strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience.
- Content Management: Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop engaging digital content for various online channels.
- Social media: Support social media marketing efforts by managing and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and contributing to social media growth strategies.
- Email Marketing: Execute email marketing campaigns, including creating templates, scheduling sends, and monitoring performance.
- Data Analysis: Utilize digital marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights for optimization.
- Website Management: Assist in the management of the company website, ensuring content updates and user experience improvements.
- SEO and SEM: Contribute to SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and search engine rankings.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors' digital marketing strategies to identify opportunities and best practices.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance, presenting findings to the digital marketing team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, and campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
