The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media by designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.Roles and Responsibilities:Social media management for TMF Programs/ projects via Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc. Offpage and Onpage SEO implementation for websites and digital properties.Content creation and management for TMF blogs.Email marketing campaigns and strategies for lead generation and stakeholder engagement.Social media creative design, including graphics, videos, and visuals.Generating comprehensive reports on campaign performance, metrics, and analytics.Running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.Managing and optimizing YouTube channels for video content distribution and engagement.Data analysis and interpretation to derive insights and inform marketing strategies.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, and stakeholders for seamless execution.Develop and execute content calendars and social media strategies aligned with TMF goals.Staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.Continuously exploring new opportunities and channels for effective marketing and brand promotion.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance to stakeholders.Any other task assigned by the Reporting Manager.Desired Skill Sets:Proven experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, or a related field.Strong analytical and process skills.Knowledge of Adobe Marketing; Cloud, CSS, HTML, Apps marketing ,CMS management , App store , Play storeStrong attention to detail skills.Networking & CollaborationShould have good communication and reasoning and interpersonal skills.Willingness to learn with a flexible approach.Experience: 3 - 5 years of total experience with minimum 3 years in handling Digital Marketing requirements for the organization.Qualification: Master’s in Computer Application and / or any other related field.
